Once upon a time, I believed I had to diminish myself and my Creative Genius to fit into the qualified leader box. Thank God that’s far from the truth.
I’ve learned that my calling is to uplift Black and brown people to think out of the box and dream big. When I took my Creative Innovation and paired it with my passion to empower Leaders to pursue their own heart-centered goals, The Creative Flow School was born.
My clients often call me the Creative Flow Alchemist for my golden Creative Thinking and Innovation expertise. My signature method for harnessing creativity equips emerging Black and brown leaders to discover, tap into, and master their creative flow to live and lead a life of possibility without limits.
As a Black woman Entrepreneur, Leader, and Creativity Expert, I’m all about making the space for us to make major moves in our careers and communities.

What is Creative Flow Alchemy®️?
When you want to learn how to thrive in your career and life, it’s important to discover your unique Creative Flow.
I learned mine after years of working to merge the split between my passion and my purpose.
I’m a first generation college student with a family who always taught me to follow my heart and pursue my passions. In my early twenties, I made the biggest decision of my life: I betted 100% on myself to trust my instincts and carve my own path to success.
That’s something every Black and brown girl and boy should have access to — and it’s unfair that sometimes a lack of financial security and socio-economic barriers put a wall between us and success.
It’s my mission to break down that wall so we all reach that success, no matter how we individually define it. For you, it could be building a business that feeds your passion as much as your bank account (and ain’t nothing wrong with that!). For me, it was making the workforce a better place for creative folks like you and me.
After lots of highs and lows, setbacks and comebacks, I finally had the tools to develop Creative Flow Alchemy®️ (CFA), my signature framework to teach current and future leaders how to tap into your Inner Magic to transform how you work, lead, and live.

The Four Seasons of Creativity for Leadership
I like to break it down like this: Just like the seasons in nature, your life and Creative Flow is ever-evolving and cycling through four special seasons.
Whether you’re an Entrepreneurial, Corporate, or Future leader, the moment you gain clarity on your path is the moment you realize how necessary it is to show up wholly and authentically as yourself. You hold a valuable position in the world as a change-maker.
Here’s what that looks like:
One: The Inquisitive Season
Inquisitive Season: Your mind is bursting with ideas and you often find inspiration everywhere you look. Your thoughts, words, and emotions seek an outlet for expression.
You know there’s more out there for you to do with your Creative potential — and in this season, you’re ready to figure out the next steps.
Two: The Inspired Season
Inspired Season: You’re feeling good because you know your Divine Natural Approach (DNA) is God-given…but you’re still figuring out just how to apply it to every area of your life and career.
You have so many ideas flowing through your mind — and of course you do because you’ve been a visionary since you were a child.
Now, ask yourself this question: How can you transform those ideas from a free-flowing thought to real-life impact?
The Inspired Season is all about diving headfirst into your own unique creative innovation to begin embracing the creative process and making magic.
Three: The Intuitive Season
Intuitive Season: So, you’ve uncovered your Creative Genius which allows you to feel more confident in yourself and your career. You are hard at work, but it's important to save enough energy and brainpower to go hard for your passions, too!
This is the season to re-energize yourself, follow your intuition and finally put your creativity into motion.
During the Intuitive Season, you are leaving limits behind, designing your grand ideas and going on to inspire Future Leaders.
Four: The Intentional Season
Intentional Season: You’re an OG at following your DNA and it’s led you to accomplishing things that the younger version of yourself only dreamed about.
As you enter this season of your life, you’re taking the time to reflect on how to scale and contribute to something greater than yourself.
You always knew you had the power to elevate not just yourself, but your team, peers, and even the world — and now you’re creating opportunities to do just that.
You’re ready to change the world and all you need is the right people around you to make it happen.

“The Innovative Leader Series” for corporate or entrepreneurial teams and communities looking to spark or re-ignite creative innovation and create big impact through their work.
“The Innovative Future Leader Series” for aspiring changemakers, ages 14-24, to learn and understand how to use their unique superpowers to become the creative director of their life.
